Monocalcium Phosphate is a mineral-based raw material used as a phosphorus source in feed production and animal nutrition.

The addition of this phosphate to rations meets the phosphorus needs of animals with high efficiency, resulting in improved growth, reproductive performance, and feed conversion rates.
Phosphorus is essential for many vital biological processes, particularly ATP synthesis, nucleic acid formation, and bone development.

The production of monocalcium phosphate is based on the direct reaction of phosphoric acid and calcium oxide. Both raw materials are suitable for animal nutrition. This results in the following distinctive product characteristics:
• Highly digestible mineral phosphorus
• Low chloride content
• Acidic pH
• Low heavy metal levels
• Appropriate particle size

The raw materials used and the final product are subject to strict quality controls and stored under appropriate conditions to prevent any risk of contamination.
The final product is dried using natural gas at controlled, low temperatures. This method not only prevents the risk of contamination but also prevents phosphorus retrogradation, increasing the bioavailability and digestibility of the product. From an environmental perspective, the production process is completely environmentally friendly and does not generate any chemical waste.
